The product works right out of the box with little to no setup. It is intuitive, and it is very clear to me that a lot of collective development experience went into the design of CodeBeamer. For complex projects, such as distributed standards development with participants all around the world requires more than a mailing list and a web page. CodeBeamer allowed all expert group members to monitor our progress in real time and collaborate more effectively than before. The powerful reporting capability of the platform allows us to keep our management as well as external developer community informed of our progress throughout the project.
CodeBeamer's flexible documentation management is capable of handling virtually any document type, allowing comprehensive textual indexing and full textual search while taking into account access constraints and rules.
